In Summer at Jasna, you can go up, down or through the mountains!

Mountain biking and road cycling is popular through the region, with the natural environment providing beautiful valleys, high mountain climbs, or cruisy course around lakes and rivers, and past castles and folk history of the region. 

​​There's a wide network of hiking trails starting amongst the trees and cliffs of Demanovska Valley leading up to the various peaks and ridge lines of Mt Chopok, at an elevation of 2004m. ​​

In Demanovska Dolina, you can walk through the UNESCO listed limestone caves and experience 2km of underground passages and caverns, including the largest underground space in Slovakia.

Tatralandia water park is the largest in Slovakia with a huge range of outdoor and indoor water slides and pools, including thermal spring water pools.  The new standing wave ride challenge both young and old surfers to ride waves like the pros.

​​Ride the cable park or rent a boat for a day of wakeboarding with friends and family.  On the cable you can practice tricks and jumps, enjoy a BBQ or just chill and watch others.  

In summer, the village ski run at Pavcina turns into a rail toboggan run 1km long dropping 120m (average grade is 23%) through 16 curves and over 6 rollers.  Operates from April to October with night riding during June - August.
